Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
- Add 1 cup of packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup of white sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Stir in 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips.
- Store the mix in an airtight container until ready to use.
- To make the cookies, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add the cookie mix and stir until well combined.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
