Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground chicken, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into 12 small patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- As the patties cook, lightly toast the slider buns in the oven or on a separate skillet.
- Once the chicken patties are cooked, assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun and adding your choice of toppings.
- Serve the chicken sliders immediately and enjoy!
