Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place the cooked chicken pieces on top of the sauce.
  • Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
