  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, marinate the chicken gizzards with 1 tbsp soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated chicken gizzards and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the onion, bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Return the cooked chicken gizzards to the skillet. Add the remaining 1 tbsp of soy sauce and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes to combine and heat through.
