  • Stir in the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and celery, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season with 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth, and bring the stew to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
