  • In another shallow dish, whisk together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk.
  • Dip each hot dog into the egg mixture, then roll in the cheddar cheese pretzel mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • In a large pot, heat 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
