Ingredients
- 2 lbs grated cassava
- 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Allow the cassava cake to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
