  • In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, condensed milk, coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
