Renowned chefs like Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson have popularized this dish in their cookbooks and TV shows, adding their own unique twists to the recipe. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in upscale Asian fusion restaurants, where chefs expertly blend traditional techniques with modern flair. To make this dish at home, it's crucial to get the seasoning and the cashew crust just right, ensuring a perfect harmony of flavors. For a unique twist, some chefs use a blend of spices and herbs to enhance the flavor profile, making it a versatile dish that can cater to various palates.
