  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell down to the tail, then use a knife to cut through the meat, stopping at the tail fin. Gently pull the meat upward and lay over the shell, leaving the meat attached at the fin.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush the garlic butter mixture over the meat.
  • Broil the lobster tails for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned on top.
