  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup of ranch dressing with the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among them, spreading it out in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the chicken with the ranch dressing and vegetable mixture.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half.
  • Serve and enjoy!
