Ingredients
- 4 bratwurst sausages
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the bratwurst sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have grill marks.
- While the bratwurst is grilling, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the vegetable oil to the skillet and sauté the sauerkraut for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Slice the hoagie rolls in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster oven until lightly browned.
- Spread mustard on one side of each toasted hoagie roll.
- Place a grilled bratwurst sausage on each roll, then top with the sautéed sauerkraut.
