Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons of your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds, or until soft and pliable.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on each tortilla, then drizzle 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the mayonnaise.
- Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among the tortillas, then top with sliced tomatoes, grilled chicken strips, and 2 slices of bacon per wrap.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy!
