Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup.
- Spread the ground beef mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the ground beef.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese over the mayonnaise mixture.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
