Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 4 cloves of minced garlic, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- In a separate bowl, mix together plain yogurt, mayonnaise, tahini, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to make the garlic sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers.
- Grill the beef kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
