Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix until well combined.
