  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each tortilla.
  • Divide the BBQ chicken equally among the tortillas, spreading it in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the chicken with 2 slices of bacon, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, a handful of shredded lettuce, and a few slices of tomato on each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, starting from the bottom, to create a wrap.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before slicing each wrap in half diagonally.
  • Serve and enjoy!
