Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of butter. Stir in 2 cups of sugar, then add 4 eggs and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sift in 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but not wet batter.
- Allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
