- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oat flour, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
