- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, chopped dill, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until well combined.
