Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 2 cloves minced garlic to make the honey mustard glaze.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the honey mustard glaze over them. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In another small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill to make the dill butter. Set aside.
  • Remove the marinated salmon fillets from the refrigerator and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
