Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Rub the pork chops with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then season both sides of the pork chops with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
- Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
