  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Rub the pork chops with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then season both sides of the pork chops with the spice mixture.
