Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the Mahi Mahi fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the fillets with 1/4 cup melted butter, then press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
