Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the Mahi Mahi fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the fillets with 1/4 cup melted butter, then press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the baked Mahi Mahi with lemon wedges and enjoy!
