Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the halibut fillets in the prepared baking dish.
- Brush the top of each fillet with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Press the herb and bread crumb mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
