This dish combines the rich, savory taste of garlic and parmesan with the bright, zesty notes of lemon and herbs. Renowned chefs in Tuscany and Provence have long been known for their expertise in creating dishes that celebrate the natural flavors of pork and the aromatic essence of herbs. The best version of this dish can be found in family-owned trattorias in Tuscany, where the pork is sourced locally and marinated in a blend of fresh lemon juice, fragrant herbs, and garlic.
