Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, then brush the outside of each breast with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  • Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of turkey bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Season the outside of the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove the toothpicks before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
