- 1 lb ground turkey

- 1 ripe avocado, sliced

- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 slices of red onion
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb of ground turkey, 1/2 cup of gluten-free bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
