  • Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the bottom half of each croissant with 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
  • Place the croissants in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warmed through.
  • While the croissants are baking, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Remove the croissants from the oven and top the turkey and Swiss cheese with sliced avocado.
  • Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture on the top half of each croissant and place on top of the avocado.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
