Avocado Turkey and Swiss Croissant

Ingredients
- 2 croissants
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 6 slices of deli turkey
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Layer the bottom half of each croissant with 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
- Place the croissants in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warmed through.
- While the croissants are baking, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Remove the croissants from the oven and top the turkey and Swiss cheese with sliced avocado.
- Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture on the top half of each croissant and place on top of the avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
