Ingredients
- 6 cups of mixed salad greens
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of croutons
- 1/4 cup of ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine 6 cups of mixed salad greens, 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes, 8 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon, 2 diced ripe avocados, and 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion.
