  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  • On one slice of bread, layer 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of chicken, 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 slices of avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a second slice of bread on top and layer with 2 lettuce leaves. Top with the third slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients to create a second sandwich.
  • Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and secure with toothpicks if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
