Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of cooked turkey breast
- 4 slices of cooked chicken breast
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- On one slice of bread, layer 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of chicken, 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 slices of avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a second slice of bread on top and layer with 2 lettuce leaves. Top with the third slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients to create a second sandwich.
- Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and secure with toothpicks if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
