Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
- While the burgers are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
- In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the burger sauce.
