  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly charred.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the burger sauce.
  • To assemble the burgers, spread the burger sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a burger patty with melted cheese on top of the sauce, followed by 2 slices of bacon, a few slices of avocado, a slice of tomato, and a fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
