Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add 2 cups of broccoli florets to the boiling water with the pasta.
  • While the pasta and broccoli are cooking, prepare the cheese sauce. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Once melted, whisk in the cheese sauce mix from the Annie's Homegrown Shells & White Cheddar box and 1/4 cup of milk. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Once the pasta and broccoli are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and broccoli, and stir until everything is well coated and the broccoli is evenly distributed.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
