Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until smooth and bubbly.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
