- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite jam or jelly
- 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
Instructions
- Lay out the 4 slices of white bread on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each of 2 slices of bread.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of jam or jelly on each of the other 2 slices of bread.
- Place the peanut butter-covered slices on top of the jam-covered slices to form 2 sandwiches.
- Use a fork to press down and seal the edges of the sandwiches.
- Lightly brush the top and bottom of each sandwich with melted butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip the sandwiches and air fry for an additional 4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
