Ingredients
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

- 6 slices of cooked turkey breast
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the avocado spread.
- Toast the 4 slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Divide the avocado spread evenly among 2 slices of bread, spreading it on the mayo side.
- Layer 3 slices of cooked turkey breast, 2 slices of cooked bacon, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 leaves of lettuce on top of the avocado spread on each of the 2 slices of bread.
- Top each sandwich with the remaining 2 slices of bread, mayo side down.
