Ingredients
- 1 package of wafer sticks
- 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Dip each wafer stick into the melted chocolate, coating it halfway. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the chocolate-dipped wafer sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles or chopped nuts while the chocolate is still wet.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.
- Once the chocolate is set, the wafer sticks are ready to be enjoyed!
