  • In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with 1/2 cup of melted butter until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of the whipped cream mixture.
  • To assemble the cake, spread a thin layer of the sweetened condensed milk mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
  • Place a layer of Oreo cookie mixture on top of the sweetened condensed milk layer.
  • Spread half of the remaining whipped cream and strawberry mixture over the Oreo layer.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining Oreo mixture and whipped cream and strawberry mixture.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cake to set.
  • Before serving, top the cake with the remaining 1/2 pound of sliced strawberries.
