  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin. Reserve 1/2 cup of the crushed cookies for topping.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the remaining crushed cookies with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture over the Oreo crust. Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream mixture. Repeat with another layer of cream and strawberries. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreo cookies on top.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled cake.
