  • Divide the strained strawberry puree equally between 2 tall glasses.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice into each glass, over the strawberry puree.
  • Slowly pour 1 cup of lemon-lime soda into each glass, allowing it to mix with the strawberry and lemon juice.
  • Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to each glass, allowing it to float on top of the strawberry lemonade mixture.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon on the rim.
