- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/4 cup of vanilla wafers, crushed
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
