  • Stir in the remaining 2 cups of whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for another 20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  • In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 1/4 cup of water. Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the rice pudding, stirring constantly, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the pudding thickens further.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sütlaç cool for a few minutes.
  • Divide the sütlaç into serving bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy the creamy and delicious Turkish rice pudding!
