Snickers Ice Cream Bar

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts
- 8 popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars and 1/2 cup of caramel sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts over the top and insert 8 popsicle sticks into the mixture, evenly spaced.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, lift the parchment paper out of the pan and place it on a cutting board.
- Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
