Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Stir in 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars and 1/2 cup of caramel sauce.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x9 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts over the top and insert 8 popsicle sticks into the mixture, evenly spaced.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  • Once frozen, lift the parchment paper out of the pan and place it on a cutting board.
  • Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
