Ingredients
- 4 bananas, slightly underripe
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 4 graham crackers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Leaving the peel on, slice each banana lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Place each banana on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the banana.
- Stuff each banana with 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of mini marshmallows.
- Wrap the bananas in the foil, leaving the tops open.
- Place the foil-wrapped bananas on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted and the bananas are soft.
- Carefully remove the banana boats from the grill and open the foil packets.
