Instructions

  • Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions. Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cake crumbs. Mix until well combined.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Place the sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate candy coating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them back on the lined baking sheet to set.
  • Once all the cake balls are coated, refrigerate them for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • Serve and enjoy!
