Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Add 2 eggs and mix until well combined.
- Stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 cup all-purpose flour until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on top of the batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
