Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or stevia (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of whole milk, 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. If desired, add 1/4 cup of powdered erythritol or stevia for added sweetness.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for about 25-30 minutes, or until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
