Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Set aside.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the orange glaze over the pork chops in the skillet. Allow the glaze to simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes, spooning it over the pork chops occasionally.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the pork chops with the remaining orange glaze spooned over the top. Enjoy!
