Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
- Spread 1/2 cup of Nutella evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Starting from one end, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 8 equal pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
- Brush the tops of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
