  • Gradually add in 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water, stirring to combine.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, mix until smooth.
  • Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.
  • Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  • Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.
  • Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
  • Remove the crepe from the pan and place it on a plate.
  • Spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella on one half of the crepe.
  • Fold the crepe in half, then in half again to form a triangle.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter and Nutella.
  • Top the crepes with sliced strawberries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
