Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 pork chops
- 1 pound of beef sirloin
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.
- Brush the marinade over the chicken breasts, pork chops, beef sirloin, shrimp, bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini.
- Place the marinated meats and vegetables on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the meats are cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the meats and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
