Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- Roll the dough into a log shape, about 2 inches in diameter, and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Slice the chilled dough into 1/4 inch thick rounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
